Majority Leader

Comrade Bluegrass finally had a game in which he could not be denied. Batting .600 for the game with a pair of doubles, a tres of ribbies, and two runs scored erases any doubt about your loyalty to your new party. Especially when your nearest rival for the delegate puts in a great game after not being traded but still strands three runners but you strand only one. Yeah, especially then, you're liable to pick up your first delegate. Welcome to the race, Comrade Bluegrass!

Delegate Count: Zimmerman 8, Soriano 7, Riker 7, Chief 4, Pedro Armas 3, Schneider 2, Patterson 2, O'Connor 2, Ramono 2, Livo 2, Vidro 1, Church 1, Barbarian 1, Kearns 1, Released: 4

Does he have to be Comrade Bluegrass? Wilky was Bluegrass :-x.

Also, I'm not sure if you're aware, but there is a "Riker Park" in NYC. I saw it on the giant wallpaper map of NY on the walls of my current employer, Subway. I don't know what the reason for calling Johnson "Riker" was, but that would have a hint of irony, as he came from the Yanks.
